I will face at the forbidden: Poetic Letter

Dear readers,

Here is an extract of a new poetic letter:

Woman in waiting

I will face at the forbidden

In a little while

Shall fall the starry night

But for the time

Look the sun shine

These are our final moments,

In my arms at holding me stronger

All my being, I will loving you so much

Think at our delicious hideouts

And at our wonderful nights

Now I must leave you bitterly,

Even separated, even gagged

I will fight for my freedom (…)

The poetic letter is on the site of poetry: The free thoughts

Greetings.

  1. beautiful and bittersweet poem , Joelle! When I was reading the poem the second time, I thought the 4 bold italic lines form a poem by itself!

THE WILL TO LIVE…IS INTENSE EVEN IN BITTERNESS…AND OF HOPE?

  5. Strong emotion here…and the strong will to live afterward, even tho’ bitterly. Good, heart-felt verse! 🙂

  6. LL=large like… 🙂 bonne continuation! Mélanie
